Driven by an experienced SaaS founder

The 5 blocks of the Academy.

Everything between an idea and a customer who pays you every month. In order, with nothing skipped.

  1. 01Strategy & Foundations

Prove the demand with real pre-sales before you write a single line of code.

  2. 02Technical Build

Build an MVP fast enough to ship and solid enough to scale.

  3. 03Publishing & Content

Publish on real product milestones — documenting is not communicating.

  4. 04Marketing & Acquisition

Never push traffic at a product that churns: retention before acquisition.

  5. 05Community & Accountability

Tiers you climb by shipping, with a weekly report that keeps you honest.

Program

  • Recalibrate the direction you are working in.

Four questions before anything gets built: where you actually are, what is genuinely blocking you, and what the first version has to leave out.

    1. 01Where are you now?
    2. 02What is the real problem?
    3. 03A plan built around you.
    4. You’re in.

You leave the first session with a written plan, not a reading list.

  • One module opens when you close the last one.

Not a catalogue you browse. The order is set by what your product needs next, and it is re-ordered with your mentor at every review.

    • PositioningDone

    • PricingIn progress

    • First 10 usersNext

    • RetentionNext

A module stays shut only because the one before it is its prerequisite.

  • A room that answers back — on three levels.

You start by watching, you move up by shipping something the room can see, and the top rung is a standing one-to-one. Nothing is drawn by lot.

    1. Watching

Open to everyone, from day one

    2. Contributing

Ship something the room can see

    3. One-to-one

      A weekly report, unbroken

Twelve members were unblocked by the room this week.

  • An answer the same day, not at the next call.

The thread stays open between sessions. You post the thing you are stuck on and you leave with a decision, not with three links.

YouI think the idea I’m on is not the right one, what do you think?Your mentorWhat do you mean by that?

Open on weekdays, and the same mentor from the first session to the last.

The founder builds every block. The room makes them worth more.

Each block comes out of work that actually shipped — five SaaS, one of them now at 50K MRR under the person who bought it. What the room adds on top is what turns that into the deepest SaaS curriculum anywhere: a section nobody had thought of, a fix on something that went stale, a segment recorded by whoever knows that one thing best. None of it is asked of you. All of it is credited.

  • Built from real work

Every block starts as something the founder has shipped, not as a topic he read up on. That is the floor the rest is added to.

  • Open to yours

Propose a section, correct what has gone out of date, or record your own segment inside a lesson when you know it better. It ships with your name on it.

  • Counted, then paid

Ranks track what you actually contributed. When the academy starts charging, the top ranks share in it — and the ones who go furthest get offered work.

Free until February means the whole thing: every block, every live call, the community and the one-to-one follow-up. Nothing behind a wall while we are still building it together.

Five ranks, each one earned.

None of them is bought and none is given for turning up. A rank moves when something you made is in the academy and has stayed there.

  1. 01

    Member

You are in: every block as it lands, every live call, and the room.

  2. 02

    Contributor

Something you wrote is in the academy — a correction, a template, a teardown.

  3. 03

    Author

You recorded your own segment inside a lesson, on the thing you know best.

  4. 04

    Lead

You keep a block current: you answer on it, and you flag what has gone stale.

  5. 05

    Team

You work on the academy, not only in it.

The people already building here.

Two founders, two products, two very different weeks — one room.

  • Four years ago I built what I needed, because nobody was offering it. In a few months that knowledge becomes the work itself — and a community forged around the skill.

Every cohort stays small, so every member gets follow-up that is actually personal.

Pricing, honestly.

One price is real today. The other is not decided yet — and it is written here anyway, rather than hidden until launch.

Questions, answered.

The six things people ask before they join. If yours is not here, ask it in the community — the answer usually ends up on this page.

  • What is ccscale.io, exactly?

CCScale.io is an online academy that teaches you to build and sell a SaaS product. It is organised into five blocks — strategy and foundations, technical build, publishing and content, marketing and acquisition, community and accountability — which take you from proving anyone wants your idea through to keeping the customers you win. Everything is built live, in public, alongside a founder who has shipped five SaaS products.

  • Do I need to know how to code?

No. The technical block starts at the architecture decisions rather than at syntax, and the stack is chosen for how fast you can iterate rather than for how impressive it looks. Developers move through it faster; people who have never shipped anything get the part a tutorial skips — what to build, in what order, and what to leave out of a first version.

  • Is it really free?

Yes, until February, and that means all of it: every block as it lands, the live calls, the community and the one-to-one follow-up. Nothing is held back behind a paid tier. It is free because the academy is unfinished and the members who are here now decide what gets built next — the payment is your feedback.

  • What happens after February?

There will be a monthly price and it is not decided yet, which is why the pricing section says so instead of hiding it until launch. It gets set once the five blocks are finished, and it is announced before anyone is charged. That is the whole commitment: no card today, and no surprise invoice in February.

  • How much time does it take each week?

Around four hours — one live session plus the work around it. There is no fixed syllabus and no deadline to fall behind, because the path bends to whatever product you are actually shipping. Members who can only give an hour a week move slower and still finish.

  • How is this different from a course or a YouTube channel?

A course is recorded once and never answers you. Here the modules open as you close the one before them, questions get answered in the thread the same day, and the tiers are earned by shipping: watching is open to everyone, contributing means the room has seen your work, and one-to-one time with the founder is reserved for members filing a weekly report. It is a room that answers back, not a playlist.
